Over 20 large oil deposits can be found at great depth in Kazakhstan

Geological exploration at depths of 7 to 15 thousand meters may lead to the discovery of more than two dozen large hydrocarbon deposits in Kazakhstan. This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Energy of the country Magzum Mirzagaliev.

On Wednesday, at the Oil and Gas Conference KIOGE-2015 in Almaty, he said that the decline in the production is expected in Kazakhstan in 15-20 years, including at the largest oil fields - Tengiz, Karachaganak and Kashagan.
