Transneft-Siberia has repaired a site of route oil pipeline Ust-Balyk – Omsk at Irtysh

​Transneft-Siberia has connected to the system 2 sites of the linear part of the reservoir branches B and C of the route oil pipeline Ust-Balyk – Omsk.

A 6.766 km long site was replaced at the reserve B branch of the Ust-Balyk – Omsk pipeline, 6.929 km -at C branch.

The construction and assembly works at the object started in December 2014. The reconstruction of the pipeline was held in the area of responsibility of the Tobolsk and Ishimsky managements of route oil pipelines.

The works were carried out at the bottom of the Irtysh river which was seriously flooded due to the anomaly high level of floodwater.

The assembly of new sites, hydrotests, and connection of the oil pipeline to the system were completed on time meeting all the technical norms and requirements.
