“Transneft” suggests increasing oil pumping tariff via ESPO by 20%

Transneft has suggested increasing the export tariff for ESPO pipeline and its branch to China by 20% or 450 roubles to 2.531 thousand roubles per 1 ton from January 1, 2014, Vedomosti writes, citing the source in the FTS.

According to the newspaper, this topic has been discussed in the Ministry of Energy at 2 recent meetings, concerning oil supply via ESPO pipeline. Moreover, A.Dvorkovich, supervising fuel and energy sector said on October 31st that the government of the Russian Federation has taken a final decision on freezing the tariffs of “Transneft” for 2014.
