Draft of shale oil program is prepared in Tatarstan

At the beginning of November, 2013, a shale oil program, designed by the scientists of Tatarstan, was submitted to the Presidential Administration and the Government of Tatarstan.
The program was developed by Tatarstan’s Academy of Sciences, Kazan University and TatNIPIneft.
All the research is to be done by the Academy of Sciences of Tatarstan, Kazan Federal University and TatNIPIneft and field works by Tatneft.
