FAS obtains an application for Alliance Oil only from The Alliance Group

FAS obtained ane application of Alliance Group of the Bazhaevs for the consolidation of the assets and will consider it by the specified time. No other companies have applied, deputy Head of FAS Anatoly Golomolzin reported.
Alliance Group is going to consolidate 100% of Alliance Oil via its subsidiary Alford Financial Ltd. and delist all the shares, the company reported. Alliance Group also claimed, the redemption of the shares of Alliance Oil doesn’t mean its partial or entire sale to a third party.
“There is (the application). We’ll consider it by the specified time, no decision has been made yet, though we see no problems in this part”, Golomolzin said. He added, there were no other applications for the purchase of Alliance Oil.
