PGNiG and Naftogaz terminate the contract for gas import to Poland

The Polish state oil and gas company PGNiG has terminated the contract with Naftogaz of Ukraine for gas imports to Poland. The Ukrainian party stopped fulfilling the contract in 2011 having explained it by the changes in the national law, UNIAN reports with the reference to the Warsaw Stock Exchange report of PGNiG.

“The management of PGNIG reports, on November 6, 2013 the termination agreement about the contract of October 26th, 2004 between PGNiG and Naftogaz of Ukraine was signed”, is said in the report.
