Russian Ministry of Economic Development decreases its forecast of average annual gas production to 759 million cubic meters

The Russian Ministry of Economic Development has decreased its forecast of the average annual gas production from 781 million cubic meters to 759 million cubic meters in 2013-2030. The adjustment of the forecast is connected with dynamics of investment demand. The conservative scenario of macroeconomic forecast, which is accepted as the basic one, provides for much less private and state resources for investments, than the innovative scenario, which was basic in the March forecast. The volume of the state investments was decreased from 3.5% of GDP to 2.2% of GDP in the current forecast.
