The Ukraine exceeded domestic limits of gas consumption by 16%

​The Ukrainian enterprises, budget organizations and population in March 2015 exceeded the limit of gas consumption by 16%, press service of Naftogas reports.

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Ukraine had to set limits of consumption for industrial sector, communal enterprises and budget organizations due to the fuel deficit.

The limit is at the rate of 70-90% against the same period in 2014.

In March 2015 the volume of gas consumption made up 3.537 bln cubic m.

The Rovensky, Cherkassky and Kharkov regions set records in exceeding the limit.

The Donetsk, Lugansk, Zakarpatie and Zhitomir regions consumed less gas than other regions.

On the results of February 2015 the limit was exceeded by 12%.

In December 2014 gas consumption in the Ukraine fell by 19% against December 2013.

Nevertheless the limit was exceeded by 25%.
