Transneft goes on shipment at all ports despite of the wind

​Transneft holds oil shipment at all ports by the schedule despite of the wind speed increase in the north-west of Russia, the official representative of the company, I. Demin, said.

The shipment is held by the schedule. The wind speed increase at Kozmino and the largest port of Primorsk in the Baltic hasn’t influenced on the schedule of works. Further wind speed increase is forecast at the Baltic port by the evening. In this case the loading will be held according to the weather, he said.

It was previously reported that oil export from Russia in Q2 2016 would increase by 200 thousand tons against Q1 2016.

The deputy Minister of Energy, K.Molodtsov, said that all applications of companies for export in Q2 were satisfied.

The Vice-President of Transneft, S. Andronov, said that oil companies hadn’t submitted competing applications for oil export in 2016, and in general the plan of export is saved at the same level. He said that the reduction of oil export is expected by the applications of oil companies in 2016.
