Lukoil completes the first stage of the reorganisation of its distribution companies

Lukoil has completed reorganization of oil products retail and individual wholesale enterprise Lukoil-Tsentrnefteprodukt, partitioned Lukoil- Chernozemenefteprodukt from it, the largest Russian private oil company reports.

New enterprise has included filling stations and tank farms, located in the Kaluga, Bryansk, Lipetsk, Ryazan, Tula and Orel regions. Lukoil - Tsentrnefteprodukt will continue to oversee provision with oil products in Moscow, in the Moscow, Tver and Smolensk regions.

The reorganization of Lukoil-Nizhnevolzhsknefteprodukt by separating Lukoil- Yugo-Zapadnefteprodukt from it has been also completed – it included assets on retail and individual wholesale in the Voronezh, Belgorod, Kursk and Tambov regions. Lukoil-Nizhnevolzhsknefteprodukt will control filling stations and oil depots in the Volgograd, Rostov, Saratov, Astrakhan and Penza regions.
