Naftogaz Ukrainy suggests atransmission system operator to balance the gas market during the reform of the company, the chief advisor of the chairman of the Board, Y.Vitrenko said during the conference, held in London.
According to him, they are to divide the company in accordance with the business dealing direction under the Directive 2009/73/EC and increase the transparency of the company.
