Ukraine to survive winter without Russian gas, Naftogaz

Kiev can assure the heating supplies in the heating season without the additional delivery of Russian gas, an advisor of the chairman of the Board of “Naftogaz Ukrainy” Y.Vitrenko said at the conference, held in London on July 4th.

According to him, the climate, the current volume of fuel injection into gas storages and gas purchase from the European countries will enable Ukraine to go without resumption of Russian gas. “We will be able to get through the heating season and feel comfortable next year,” Vitrenko said.
