Bukharian - Russian oligarch Makhmudov wants to buy Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant.

Iskandar Makhmudov will do without the minority shareholders.

UMMC can redeem Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant.

As "the Kommersant" informs UGMK Iskandar Makhmudov and partners will consolidate 100% of the shares of Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant (CZP), including buying out the 27% from the UCP fund of Ilya Shcherbovich. In 2014 UCP appeared within the shareholders of the plant and a year later consolidated the blocking package, but the market had been assured that everything was being done for the sale of shares to major shareholders. It is possible that UMMC will buy a share from its partners in the consortium that owns a controlling package of CZP - Russian Copper Company of Igor Altushkin.
