Russia decreases gas price for Armenia to $165

The price of Russian gas for Armenia has been reduced by $25 to $165 per 1 thousand cubic meters. The head of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan reported about the signing of the agreement at the meeting with the Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Now Russia is the main supplier of oil products to Armenia. In the current year, about 70 thousand tons of petroleum products were delivered duty-free. In the first six months of the year, Gazprom supplied 886 million cubic meters of gas to Armenia.
