Rosneft and BP to engage joint oil production in Yakutia

Rosneft and BP have closed a transaction for the sale of a 20% stake in Taas-Yuryakh Neftegazodobycha. The joint venture of the Russian and the British companies plans to establish infrastructure for further geological exploration and development of reserves in the region.
