In 2010 Russia increased oil chemicals exports by 20.5%

 

In 2010 Russia increased oil chemicals exports by 20.5% concerning physical volume and by 36% in cost, the Federal Customs Service reports. They increased supplies of methanol by 51% to 1.196 million tons, composite fertilizers by 18.8% to 7.878 million tons, synthetic rubber by 17% to 0.7429 million tons, nitrogen fertilizers to 10.613 million tons, ammonia to 2.631 million tons. Chemicals exports shared 5.8% in the total export volume compared to 5.7% in 2009.

 

 

Chemicals exports shared 8.9% in the trade structure of exports to the CIS. Exports in cash equivalent increased by 3.4%. Non-organic chemical exports increased by 20% including ammonia by 87.5% to 1.221 million tons, nitrogen fertilizers by 20.3% to 715,800 tons, composite fertilizers by 23.6% to 678,000 tons. Supplies of plastic masses and goods declined by 13.4%. Caoutchouc, rubber and goods supplies declined by 10.8%.
