CEO of “Gazprom” and the head of the Ministry of Energy of Turkey flied over the “Turkish Stream”

The chief executive of “Gazprom” A.Miller and Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkey T.Yuldyz flew over the land part of the “Turkish Stream” gas pipeline. It is stated on the web site of “Gazprom”.

They have discussed the realization of the project during the flight and defined key points of the route and engineering solutions of the gas pipeline on the territory of Turkey.

“In particular, they have defined the landfall point of the pipeline (near the settlement Kayakei), gas transfer point for Turkish consumers (Lyule-Burgas) and the exit point to the Turkish-Greek border in the Epsil region. The length of the gas pipeline will make up 180 km,” is said in a statement.

In the near future Gazprom will get permission for the carrying out of environmental survey at the new Turkish offshore section of the gas pipeline.
