In January 2016, oil shipment in Russia fell by almost 8%

In January 2016, oil and oil products shipment for export and to the domestic market in Russia amounted to 12.96 million tons, which is by 8.4% less than in January 2015, when the volume of the shipment was 14.16 million tons. This is illustrated by data of the Major Computer Center of Russian Railways, published on February 5, 2016.
In January 2016, the export shipment made up 7.35 million tons, to he domestic market - 5.61 million tons, the decrease was by 9% and 7.8% respectively.
