FAS allowed Tatneft to acquire Nokian Tyres business in Russia

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) granted the petition of Tatneft PJSC to acquire a number of legal entities from the Finnish tire manufacturer Nokian Tyres, the department told Interfax.
