The autumn-winter slump came to an end, so in March the apparent demand for the fittings, according to preliminary estimates, increased by approximately 15 % compared with the previous month. Quotes in the first month of spring increased by 7.8 %, slipping the mark of 22 thousand roubles per ton from VAT for supply from the warehouse in Moscow and 21.5 thousand roubles per ton in the primary market on the move.
