Putin has made concessions to the Ukraine on gas.

Russian President Vladimir Putin supported the proposal of "Gazprom" not to impose penalties on the Ukraine for failure to select gas. The corresponding statement was made by the head of state at a meeting with the head of the oil company Aleksey Miller, RBK reports.

"I agree, referring to the difficult situation of the Ukrainian economy, it is necessary to cooperate. And one more thing - we need to provide an uninterrupted supply of gas to all partners", - Putin stated.
