Alfa-bank to try to make the oil base bankrupt from which fuel for the Ministry of Defense was stolen

Alfa-bank has applied to make the Krasny Yar oil base bankrupt which is present in the case of fuel theft for the Arctic subdivisions of the Ministry of Defense.
The bank has addressed to the Arbitration Court of the Novosibirsk region stating that the Krasny Yar oil base has the debt of 1.20 bln roubles.
The date of consideration of the case hasn’t been appointed as yet.
Previously the Arbitration Court of Novosibirsk didn’t consider the claim on the bankruptcy of the oil base, the deputy directors of which are suspected in the theft of 14 thousand tons of fuel meant for the Arctic group of the Ministry of Defense.
