Oil extraction fell in Azerbaijan

SOCAR extracted 2 mln 755.6 thousand tons of oil in Jan-April 2015, by 1.4% less than in Jan-April 2014.
In April 2015 SOCAR extracted 684.2 thousand tons of oil.
In 2014 the total volume of oil extraction in Azerbaijan made up 41.9 mln tons, 8 mln 402.5 thousand tons of which were extracted by SOCAR.
SOCAR planned to extract 8.3 mln tons of oil in 2015.
