Rosneft will reduce the extraction at the Vankor deposit in 2016 from 22 mln to 21 mln tons, the first Vice-President, E. Leeron, said.
This asset will show the extraction fall. We had oil leakage in March and lost 17 thousand tons. In the coming months we will cover this gap, he said.
On March 3rd 2016 there was a loss of piping integrity at the Vankor deposit due to the blackout. Later all the consequences of the accident were eliminated. The company said that no harm to the ecology was done.
