Yamal Nenets Autonomous Area expects the growth of oil extraction by 5.4 mln tons in 2016

A positive dynamics of oil and gas extraction will stay in the Yamal Nenets Autonomous Area in 2016, the head of the region, D. Kobylkin, said.
Currently a part of profit loss caused by the reasons not depending on us is covered by the property complex of new objects of companies. Speaking about the Yamal Nenets Autonomous Area, the planned volumes will be reached, he said answering the question on the budget stabilization due to a sharp price fall for hydrocarbons.
According to him, a positive dynamics in the region stays both on oil and gas extraction. Oil extraction will grow by 5.4 mln tons, gas extraction –slightly, condensate production will stay at a previous level. No fall is expected, he said.
