The Arbitration Court of Moscow annulled the verdict of FAS RF about the repeat tender of Gazprom for the Pochinki-Anapa pipeline

The Arbitration Court of Moscow has annulled the verdict of FAS of Russia that ordered Gazprom to hold a repeat tender for the construction of the 191.5 km of Pochinki-Anapa pipeline. The winner was Stroytransgaz of G. Timchenko that offered 17.7 billion rubles for its services. The court decided to fully annul the verdict of FAS made on April 7th and the order, and to charge 2,000 rubles in favour of the claimant Gazprom Invest.
