Moscow Commercial Court to consider suit of Bashneft’s minority shareholder against Rosnedra and the company

On August 4th, the Moscow Arbitration Court to consider the claim of Riley Inozemtseva against the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use (Rosnedra) and Bashneft, the court reports.

The lawsuit was filed on July 4 and accepted for consideration, mass media reported.

The plaintiff is Inozemtseva, who is a minority shareholder of Bashneft (according to a source familiar with the course of the trial), disputes amendments, made by the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use, in the license agreement for the development of the Trebs and Titov fields, and the decision of the Bashneft’s Board of Directors on license for Bashneft Polyus, a joint venture of Bashneft and Lukoil
