Rosneft’s shareholders registry for dividends payment for 2013 is closed on July 8 2014

The the right for dividends of Rosneft for 2013 are only for persons holding the company’s shares at the end of the day of July 8th 2014.
At the annual shareholders session in Khabarovsk on June 27th, they decided to allocate the payment of dividends for 2013 at 136.187 billion rubles in total, or 12.85 rubles per stock. The agreed amount is 25% of the net profit by ISA for 2013, and is by 59.6% higher than dividends for 2012.
