The Russian fuel producers including Lukoil and Rosneft suffer from insufficient credit funds from foreign banks that reduced their crediting of the sector to the minimum level since 2009 due to the Western sanctions. The volume of the syndicated credits reduced by 82% to $3.5 billion. In the world, crediting within the period reduced by 2% to $344.2 billion
