Oil producers will partially cover fuel deficiency in Russia, partially limiting exports

Oil companies have bound themselves to enlarge petrol reserves from the current 1.25 million tons to 1.7 million tons, and to sell fuel in August by 10% more than in July.

On August 8, the Ministry of Energy had the session of the headquarters for monitoring over production and consumption of oil product , and ordered to the oil companies to replenish deficiency in petrol at the internal market.

On August 2, the Ministry of Energy and FAS recommended at the previous session to decline petrol exports
