The Ukrainian Pipe plant was declared a bankrupt

The Lugansk Pipe plant, which manufactured almost a half of the welded pipes in the Ukraine in 2010, has been declared a bankrupt. The claims are accepted during 2 months from an official date of declaration.

As it is said in a statement of an official edition of the Ukraine “Uryadovy kurier” (No142) the Lugansk Pipe plant (Lugansk region) has been declared  bankrupt. This decision has been taken by the Economic court of the Lugansk region. It has started a bankrupt procedure and released the property of the Lugansk Pipe plant.
