Entry of Chine to Kashagan project to change situation in the Caspian region cardinally

The entry of China to the Kashagan project will cardinally change the situation in the Caspian region. A part of oil from Kashagan will be supplied to Chinese market instead of Europe and North America via the Kazakh-Chinese oil pipeline, which is not filled today. The Baku-Ceyhan pipe is unlikely to receive anything, because the remaining oil will be taken by the extended CPC.
