Kyrgyzstan to negotiate with Russia on duty free oil supplies for refinery in Kara-Balta

Kyrgyzstan intends to negotiate with Russia on duty free oil supplies for the refinery in Kara-Balta, the Kyrgyz Minister of Economy, T.Sariev stated during his visit to the refinery.
“During the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization,the President of Kyrgyzstan, A.Atambaev will negotiate with Russian Head V.Putin on duty free oil supplies for needs of the refinery in Kara-Balta,” – T.Sariev reported.
