Medvedev: it’s all the same to population, who to supply gas – Gazprom or Novatek

Dmitry Medvedev has held a meeting with the Novatek’s General Director, Leonid Mikhelson, during which he asked the company to undertake a major part of work on gas supply to population and to work out the  solving of the detailed technological capabilities of this task.

According to the Prime Minister, the involving of Novatek into active work with gas supplies is caused by the fact that the gas supply is a task, which has a strongly pronounced social meaning. He believes that a consumer must receive gas, and who will be the supplier – Gazprom or Novatek – isn’t important.
