The President of Russia V.Putin will order the Ministry of Energy and “Rosneft” to consider the question on a construction of an oil processing plant in Chechnya. Business-Tass informs.
“It is necessary to examine the economics. I can understand the interest of the authorities of the republic. There will appear extra workplaces and tax contributions,” the head of Russia said at the press-conference after the G20.
