SiGMA to be supported by the Government in Kamchatka

The Siberian mining and metallurgical alliance (SiGMA) will granted the Government support on the account of the regional budget in the framework of realization of the gold extraction project in Kamchatka. The respective agreement was signed by the Governor of the Kamchatka region, V. Ilyukhin, and CEO of SiGMA, D. Filichkin, is reported.

Currently SiGMA starts the geological exploration in the Karaginsky district of the Kamchatka region. The company that already holds the license for the right to use the subsoil, in the coming years plans to realize one of the largest in the region projects on extraction and processing of hardrock gold. After the update of the reserves of the gold ore field, SiGMA plans to construct a plant on ore extraction and processing.
