The Russian company “Irene” has signed an agreement with China’s Liaoning Yongchen Economic and trade development Co.Ltd on a creation of a joint venture in the Perm region.
Russian and Chinese companies are going to build fertilizer plant with a production volume of 100 thousand per a year in Kungur by 2018. The volume of investment will make up 3 billion roubles, 1.5 billion roubles from each side.
