Kostroma region to produce drilling units

National Oilwell Varco (NOV, USA) has realized a large project in the Kostroma region. The investment amounted to 4 bln 200 mln roubles. “NOV Kostroma” will produce drilling units.
Besides the drilling units the plant will also produce equipment for repair and maintenance of well and other drilling equipment. The products will be sold not only in the domestic market of oil and gas equipment but in Europe as well. Now the assembly of the equipment is coming to the end.
