Ministry of Natural Resources: the budget will receive 2 bln roubles for APG flaring in 2015

Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of Russia S.Donskoy said that the investments of the Russian largest oil-and-gas companies into the APG utilization projects will exceed 320 billion roubles within the period from 2011 to 2015.
Oil companies will transfer about 2 billion roubles of payments for flaring of associated petroleum gas, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment S.Donskoi said.
