Naftogas reduced gas impost from Slovakia by 22% in September

Naftogas reduced gas import from Slovakia by 22% in September, Eustream reports.

On September 1-9 the import made up a bit less than 25 mln cubic m and in the last 2 weeks of August the supplies made up over 37 mln cubic m.

According to the operators of Poland Gaz-System and Hungary FGSZ, in September there was no gas supply to the Ukraine.

The import of European gas to the Ukraine made up 1.032 bln cubic m in August. In July 568.3 mln cubic m were shipped by reverse, in June the Ukraine imported 790.2 mln cubic m of gas from Europe.

Gas from Europe is more expensive for Naftogas compared to the Russian gas, if the Ukraine purchased it. The price difference is $20-30/thousand cubic m, Gazprom’s head A. Miller says.
