Rosneft retains plans for construction of Eastern Petroleum Company’s two stages
Rosneft, the largest state-owned oil company in Russia, retains plans for construction of two states of Eastern Petroleum Company (VNKhK), in the framework of which it plans to launch facilities for oil processing and petrochemistry, the company reports.
It is expected that after the completion of the first phase construction the VNKhK complex will be able to process 12 million tons of oil per year and produce 8.5 million tons of motor fuels per year. The implementation of the second phase, at which the production with capacity of 3.4 million tons per year will be launched, will provide the output of 3 million tons of petrochemical products.
