Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service and Rostec conclude a cooperation agreement

The state-owned corporations Rostec and the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service have signed an agreement for collaboration on the prevention of possible violations of the law. This cooperation will improve the transparency of the corporation’s companies, their efficiency and competitiveness. It is reported by the press centre of Rostec.
 
The agreement was signed by head of the FAS Igor Artemyev and Rostec’s general director Sergei Chemezov. The document envisages the cooperation between the parties in all areas of the FAS competence, including in the area of ​​antitrust law, in fulfillment of the state defense order, in realization of the state order and procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs.
