The Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean pipeline extension project in the direction of China will be implemented regardless of decision on freezing of Transneft’s tariffs, the Head of the Russian Ministry of Energy Alexander Novak stated at the press conference in the RIA Novosti’s office.
At the beginning of October, the Transneft’s Vice President Mikhail Barkov said that the freezing of the company’s tariffs is likely to postpone the ESPO extension to China.
