The Federal Tariff Service of the Russian Federation has prepared a draft government regulation, which provides for the turning away from the quarterly wholesale price calculation on gas by formula. The text of the document one can find on the united portal of information disclosure.
Since 2013 gas prices for the industrial sector of Russia are calculated every quarter by formula, where there used information on residual fuel prices with 1% of sulphur content and gas oil with 0.1% of sulphur content over the last 9 months. RIA Novosti reports.
