Lukoil starts upgrading of its mini oil refinery in Kogalym costing 1.5 billion rubles and will produce Euro 5 petrol

Lukoil Western Siberia starts the upgrading of its mini oil refinery in Kogalym costing 1.5 billion rubles. After the completion of the work in December 2014, the plant will produce Euro 5 petrol. The contract is closed on turnkey terms with Lukoil Nizhegorodniinefteproduct. Engineers are preparing  the territory, the construction and precommissioningthat  will be performed by Neftegazspecstroy, a member of Atomenergomash machine building enterprise of the state corporation Rosatom
