Russia supplies 16-16.5 million tons of oil to Belarus by pipelines

In the first nine months of 2013, oil supplies from Russia to Belarus by pipeline transport made up 16-16.5 million tons, the Russian Minister of Energy Alexander Novak stated, as the RBK reports.
According to him, schedules that were coordinated with the republic for the second and third quarters of 2013 were almost completely fulfilled, Belarus took a little less.
