Rosneft proposes up to 49% of the Yurubcheni-Tokhomskoye field to Indian ONGC

Rosneft has offered a stake of up to 49% in the Yurubcheno-Tokhomskoye field to ONGC, Reuters reported, referred to two its Indian sources familiar with the situation.
According to the agency’s interlocutors, ONGC will make a decision on the issue of participation in the Vankor and Yurubcheno-Tokhomskoye field before the scheduled visit of President Vladimir Putin to New Delhi in December.
