In January-August 2015 SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) produced 4.58 billion cubic meters, which is 7.7 percent less than within the same period last year (4.96 billion cubic meters), a statement posted on its website on Thursday informs.
SOCAR is developing block of oil and gas fields "Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli" (ACG) and gas condensate field "Shah Deniz" jointly with foreign investors.
