At the request of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Arbitration Court of the Moscow District suspended the decision of the lower court, which ordered the Ministry of Energy and Rosnedra to issue a subsidiary of Rosneft - Verkhnechonskneftegaz - a confirmation of its oil production, characteristics of which fell under application of customs exemptions in 2012-2013, the information on the website of the court reports.
