Lukoil has paid off the fourth bond issue at a rate of 6 billion rubles

On December 5 2013, Lukoil paid off the fourth bond issue at a rate of 6 billion rubles. The sum for payment per one bond was 1,000 rubles. The fourth issue includes 6 million of bonds with face value of 1,000 rubles. The circulation period is 7 years.
The bonds were placed on December 14 2006 at MICEX under open subscription. The rates of coupons 1-14 are 7.4% per annum.
The placement underwriter was ABN AMPO Bank. The authorized organizers were ABN AMPO Bank, Dresdner Bank and Renaissance Capital.
